Ogechi Okoye-Oti is a highly experienced professional with expertise in Counselling Therapy, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Personal Development Life Coaching, Training Instruction, and Resource Management. Her strong educational foundation spans Psychology, Management, and Law.
Throughout her career, Ogechi has empowered clients to resolve a wide range of internal and external conflicts. She achieves this by providing constructive tools for peacekeeping, relationship building, and effective management. As the Head of Practice at Mind-Setco, she leads a firm dedicated to ADR, fostering relationship development, and promoting holistic self-improvement.
Ogechi has collaborated with industry leaders across diverse sectors, including Mental Health, Hospitality, Insurance, Customer Service, Legal, Business, and Resource Management. Beyond her professional endeavors, she hosts “Social Glitch Podcast” and has a unique passion for customizing carpets and rugs.
